Game of the Day: SuperUno/Fast Card

Ok so SuperUno, also known as Fast Card, is pretty much normal Uno with a few extra rules:

Silent 7s - When a 7 is played everyone must be silent, if anyone talks they must draw one card for each word they say up to 5 cards.
0s - When a 0 is played everyone must put their hand on the pile, the last person to do so draws a card.
Uno - If a player has Uno (One card left) and someone else says 'Uno' before they do, they must draw 2 cards.
Fast Card - If a player has exactly the same card (same number and colour) as the card on the top of the pile they can play it regardless of whether it is their turn or not.
