Adventures

Me and Berni had adventures in town today. And by adventures I mean we just hung out and walked around a lot.
I kinda need to know my way around since i'm going to uni there this year. We caught the train in then made our way to Vic, i'm sure there's a quicker way to get there than walking all the way up the terrace... I must remember to look at a map at some point.
Then we tried to find Berni's new flat by walking through the Botanical Gardens. We got there eventually but no-one was home so we couldn't get in.
After visiting the fishes inside the Botanical Gardens we followed the pink and purple flowers painted on the ground back to town where I kinda learnt a few of the streets. I think I get the general idea now.
Then we went to Te Papa to look at the collosal squid and watch this 3D movie about it, we were gonna play sardines as well but it woulda been kinda lame.
There wasn't that much to do after that so Berni got some food and we ended up quizzing each other on Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter and, er, Twilight. -cough-
Berni's sister gave us a ride home after that and I ended up doing my accounts and not reading Twilight at all.
