The Essence

Almost missed church this morning, but Mum woke me up after I fell asleep to the alarm.
We didn't really go to lunch today, just walked down to New World.
After hanging out at the church and Frenchy's house for a bit we decided to walk to the beach. The walking party included Frenchy, Alex, Aj, Johan, Jessie, Jess and Aimee, as well as myself.
When we got there we swum for a bit, the water was kinda warm, not cold though and then changed and walked home again in time for music practice.
Simon and Samuel were back so music practice was back to normal again. We played I Am Free, Solution, Thine is the Kingdom and Second Chance.
After the service me and Leah walked home and she said something about time being of the essence and it occured to me that "the essence" actually sounded really cool.
I'm not sure what I'm gonna do about that but yeah.
