My alarm woke me up an hour early this morning, so I missed out on an hour of extra sleep I could have had. At church we had a guest speaker called David Pearce who talked about his ministry with the punks and the anarchists in Amsterdam.
After church Aj and I went down to New World, and when we got back the rest of the youth had gone. So we ended up walking to my house and getting picked up by Nick and Simon, with who we got a ride to the foodcourt where we found everyone else.
When everyone had finished lunch Aj came round to my house and played Spyro on my computer while I finally got around to re-stringing my electric guitar. It looks and sounds so much better now. While I was doing that we were joined by Frenchy and Aimee.
Went to music practice after having a quick bite to eat, and after that we had the evening service.
We played Smooth Criminal as an intro and then the songs I Am Free, You Deserve, Thine Is The Kingdom and Glorified. David spoke at this service too, speaking in more detail about what he did at his concerts.
Hung out with everyone for a bit afterwards, talked to Glen about uni and the papers that I'm doing (he did them last year) then walked home.
First day of uni tomorrow... Nervous much?
